Prices are per bay and checked October 6, 2026. “Turnkey” means the brand supplies and installs the whole bay. “Package” means a launch monitor sold with an enclosure and impact screen.
Turnkey system or build your own bay
There are two ways to buy a commercial simulator. Turnkey brands such as Golfzon, Full Swing, HD Golf and aboutGolf design, supply and install the whole bay, often with business software for bookings and leagues. You pay more, and most quote rather than list a price, but one company stands behind the whole system.
The other route is to buy a commercial-grade launch monitor and build the bay around it. Retailers sell packages that pair the launch monitor with an enclosure and screen, and the difference between the two prices shows what the bay itself costs:
| Launch monitor | Launch monitor alone | With enclosure package |
|---|---|---|
| Trackman 4 | $25,995 | $29,499.99 (SIG12) |
| Uneekor EYE XO2 | $10,999 | $15,199.99 (Commercial) |
| TruGolf Apogee | $7,995 | $11,399.99 (SIG12) |
| Full Swing KIT | $3,999 | $8,699.99 (SIG12) |
Package prices from Shop Indoor Golf, October 6, 2026. A projector, hitting mat, PC and software can still be extra, so check what each package includes.
HD Golf simulator price
HD Golf is one of the few turnkey brands with a listed price. Shop Indoor Golf sells two complete packages: the Ultimate Training Package at $56,420 and the Ultimate Entertainment Package at $69,035.
Pick the training package for an instruction or fitting bay, and the entertainment package for a bar or group venue.

Golfzon simulator price
Golfzon says its simulators start at $21,300. In its commercial buyer Q&A, Golfzon puts its models between $20,000 and $70,000 depending on the model, with the TwoVision Plus at about $70,000. Golfzon does not list a price for each model, so expect a dealer quote.
The current range runs from the compact Special Edition, built for spaces with ceilings under 9 feet, through the TwoVisionNX Standard to the flagship TwoVisionNX, which Golfzon pitches at high-traffic venues. The TwoVisionNX uses Unreal Engine 5 graphics and a motion plate that tilts the hitting surface to recreate uneven lies. GDR MAX is Golfzon’s training-focused system for teaching studios and fitters.
Our take: Golfzon’s own numbers show the simulator is not the whole bill. It lists $1,000 to $10,000 for accessories such as a projector, sound system and decor, plus a few hundred to a few thousand dollars for professional installation, for a total of $22,000 to $85,000 installed.
Price: from $21,300 (Golfzon, checked Oct 6, 2026). Range $20,000 to $70,000 by model (Golfzon buyer Q&A, Jan 2024).
Models: Special Edition, TwoVisionNX Standard, TwoVisionNX, GDR MAX. Golfzon offers in-house financing.

aboutGolf simulator cost
aboutGolf sells commercial simulators outright and through Simulator as a Service (SIMAAS), a three-year program. aboutGolf does not publish prices, so both routes need a quote from its sales team.
SIMAAS bundles the hardware and the running costs: aboutGolf’s 3Trak launch monitor, a multisport depth-sensing camera, a gaming PC, a touchscreen and laser projector, enclosure installation, its Clubhouse+ business management tools, software with 95+ courses and games, technical support, and periodic consumables such as balls, turf, mats and screens. You can pay the three years up front, finance them, or arrange your own financing.
Our take: SIMAAS is the only option here that rolls replacement screens and turf into the price. If you want one predictable payment instead of buying hardware and then budgeting for wear, ask aboutGolf to quote both routes.
Price: quote only (aboutGolf).
Launch monitor: 3Trak. Programs: purchase or SIMAAS (three-year term).

These are the launch monitors on this page, plus two other overhead units, where five or more owners answered our survey. Most owners use them in their own simulators, so read the ratings as a guide to accuracy and setup, not a test of venue durability.

What else a commercial bay costs
Accessories and installation
Golfzon’s own buyer guide is a useful benchmark for any brand. It lists $1,000 to $10,000 for accessories such as a projector, sound system, hardware, software and decor, and a few hundred to a few thousand dollars for professional installation. Our golf simulator installers directory lists companies that install commercial bays.
Wear items
Commercial bays wear out parts faster than a home simulator. Golfzon says the screen, projector lamp, hitting mat and rubber tee typically need replacing once or twice a year. aboutGolf’s SIMAAS program is the one option here that includes those consumables in the price.
Room and layout
A commercial bay needs the same ceiling height, width and depth as any simulator, plus room for players waiting their turn. Check your space with our golf simulator room size guide, and lay out the bay with our free golf simulator planning tool or Carl’s Place Build Your Own Golf Simulator tool. If ceilings are low, Golfzon’s Special Edition is built for spaces under 9 feet.
A commercial bay is a large equipment investment, and if you lease your space, the landlord may ask for a certificate of insurance. The Golf Simulator Insurance Program covers commercial golf simulator operators. Read more in our golf simulator business insurance guide.
Explore Golf Simulator InsuranceThe Golf Simulator Insurance Program is offered through CoverMyNiche, LLC, a licensed insurance wholesaler. Yardstick Golf is a marketing partner and is not a licensed insurance producer.
This page covers the simulator itself. For the full cost of opening a facility, including build-out, rent and operating costs, see how much it costs to start a golf simulator business. Franchise brands such as X-Golf sell a complete business rather than a simulator; see our golf simulator franchise guide. To compare systems by venue type, see the best commercial golf simulators.
